We do our best to ship all orders within 3 days of order placement. We often ship faster, but in some instances orders can require additional time. If there is an issue with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. Please be sure to include accurate contact info on your order, and a working phone number and email so we may alert you as quickly as possible. Shipping times noted with shipping costs that appear at checkout are estimates and can take longer in time of transit than stated. Please be aware of this fact. International orders generally arrive within 6-10 days (or longer) depending on the selected shipping service.

AEROSOLS can only be shipped by Ground method (Fedex Home Delivery, UPS Ground, or USPS Ground Advantage).

Returns: Please contact us if you would like to return an item or if you have received an item in error. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost on return items, and for the shipping cost on any lost orders we agree to reship. Please see our return form page to submit information on your return order.
